The same question, answered with its source.

The question arrives; the answer comes with the file it came from.

The same three questions

Every day, the same people ask the same things: how long the warranty runs, what the current price is, where the latest price list lives. And every day someone stops to find the file — which is in a folder, or an email, or the head of whoever's off sick today.

Each answer is five to forty minutes nobody counts, and every so often an answer given from memory that went stale two years ago. The expensive part isn't the searching — it's answering wrong with confidence.

A simulation on fictional data: two questions arrive over WhatsApp — how many years of warranty the X200 carries, and the current price for the X200 kit. The system searches the company's own files and matches three. The warranty answer comes straight from the manual, two years parts and labour, with the source file named. For the price, two of the matches are price lists — the system does not guess: it says so, names both, and answers from the newer one, 340 EUR. End state: two questions, two answers, each with its source file attached.

Answer with the source

An agent that has read your manuals, contracts and price lists and answers in seconds, with the source file attached. When two price lists both match, it doesn't pick blind: it says there are two, names them, and answers from the newer one. You can always go and check the source it points you to.

It doesn't invent an answer to be helpful. If it isn't in your files, it says so. The simulation runs on fictional data — the real version reads your documents, not ours. Book the 20-minute call and I'll show you how it's put together.

The next step

Book the free call.

Twenty to thirty minutes, no charge — a call, not a "discovery call". We check it's a fit, confirm there's real repetitive work worth shadowing, and you leave knowing exactly what you'd be getting. If there's nothing here worth automating, I'll tell you on the call and we both save the money.

The call is with the person who builds these — not a salesperson, not a hand-off.
